Cyan Wisp- Humanized

Another humanized Wisp, this time the Cyan Wisp.  Her pose was inspired by Sonic's on the Sonic Colors box art, transforming out of Cyan Laser form.  I gave her one of those warmup jackets you wear while running, a t-shirt underneath, and some shorts, since Cyan Wisps seem pretty athletic to me.
