Rouge (Alt Outfit)

Here's Rouge wearing her alternate clothes.  She lived a lot of her life in a warm forest, so she's not shy when it comes to what she wears.  She doesn't want to worry about getting any long clothing caught on anything, either.  In case you didn't notice, she's got a slightly different color palette here.  That's because I decided to use colors that looked more like what she had as an adoptable.  Also, she's not flipping the bird.  It just looks like she is because I fudged her hand.
